Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 – Sword vs Spirit is an upcoming Telugu-language historical action-adventure film. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and A.M. Jyothi Krishna, the movie is set in the 17th century during the Mughal Empire. It tells the story of Veera Mallu, a legendary outlaw, who is given a daring mission to steal the famous Koh-i-Noor diamond from the Mughals.
Pawan Kalyan plays the lead role of Veera Mallu, while Bobby Deol portrays Emperor Aurangzeb. The cast also includes Nidhhi Agerwal, Nargis Fakhri, and Nora Fatehi in key roles. The film promises an exciting mix of action, drama, and history, brought to life with stunning visuals and a powerful narrative.
The project was announced in January 2020, and shooting began in September of the same year, primarily in Hyderabad. However, production faced delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments. The earlier parts of the film were directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, with A.M. Jyothi Krishna stepping in later under Jagarlamudi’s guidance.
Adding to the excitement, the music is composed by the renowned M.M. Keeravani, known for his iconic soundtracks in films like Baahubali.
