Ankit Mohan is an Indian actor known for his work in Hindi television and Marathi films. He became popular with his roles in TV shows like Sasural Genda Phool, Mahabharat, Kumkum Bhagya, and Naagin 3. Ankit has also appeared in other shows such as Haiwaan and Kaatelal & Sons, and starred in the Marathi film Farzand.
On 2nd December 2015, Ankit married Indian television actress Ruchi Savarn, whom he met on the sets of Ghar Aaja Pardesi.
He made his debut in the entertainment industry with MTV Roadies (season 4) and later acted in Pankaj Kapoor’s movie Mausam as Ashfaq Hussain, an Air Force officer. Ankit was chosen from over 800 candidates to play the role of Shahid Kapoor’s best friend in the film.
In addition to his television work, Ankit has been part of many Hindi TV serials, including Ghar Aaja Pardesi, Basera, and Shobha Somnath Ki. He portrayed Ashwathama in Star Plus’s Mahabharat and Aakash in Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya.
In 2018, he played the lead role of Kondaji Farzand, a legendary Maratha warrior, in the hit Marathi movie Farzand.
Ankit Mohan’s upcoming project is the Marathi movie Babu, set to release in 2024.
