Nipun Dharmadhikari is a popular public figure for his amazing skill of acting, writing and directing Marathi movies.
Born:-
Nipun was born in 1987. He married to Sanhita Chandokar who was the participant in zee “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa” competition. He is one of the young Drama artists and producer working on the Marathi stage. Basically he was born in a disciplinary academic household. He was admitted to Brihan Maharastra college of commerce (BMCC) in 2013 as it was very popular for its cultural activities. He stated his first acting career by acting in the plays for Purushottam krandak, which was Pune’s coveted inter-collegiate theatre competition.
Profession and career:-
One of his achievement is himself being a founder of Pune based theatre house Natak Company. Nipun is well known and very popular for his skill in reviving century-old-sangeet- Nataks (musical dramas). He himself created the “Natak Company” and was set up by him in 2009 which was self-funded and self-managed by him. According to him the main motive of creating this company was to explore the theatre not to get money or to do business on it. The role play were such awesome act that they were not only praised by the Marathi people but also spread and created many cheerful faces on the people of USA and at Bharat rang mahotsav which is well known as the prestigious theatre festival of Delhi’s national school of drama. Many of the work like this was got cheerful vote from many of the professionals which helped him to climb the next step. The play won many awards and he became a theatre actor.
It is mentioned by him that a contemporary theatre group in Pune encouraged him to perform about 25 shows in the period of 10 months. He himself found as a risk taker and mentions it as his big strength. As a futuristic director he has always worked hard for every role play. One of his success was the script for “Nautanki saala” in the year 2013 was self-written by him. He acted in “Highway “in the year 2015.
Two more script was written by him are “Baapjanma” and “Dhappa” in the year 2017 and 2018 respectively. The popular show of him was “casting couch with Amey and Nipun” which was released o you tube and he was the host of it. He was also featured in Forbes, ASIA’s 30 under list. Nipun got Nargis Dutt award for best feature film on national integration in the year 2018 for “Dhappa” and also got third position at the Maharastra state professional drama competition 2017 for his direction for Amar Photo Studio.
